1. What are cookies?

Agendio uses first-party and third-party cookies in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Legal basis for processing
Essential cookies: these are set on the basis of the data controller's legitimate interest in ensuring that the website works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They do not require prior consent.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): these are set only with the user's express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation act as data processors. Data may be transferred to the USA under the safeguards of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
