2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website agendio.es (hereinafter, "the Website"), which is owned by CEDESA DIGITAL SL under the Agendio brand. Accessing the Website implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice.

Agendio offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for automated booking management through a WhatsApp chatbot and access control, aimed at businesses and companies.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to:

  • Make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its content.
  • Not carry out any activities that are unlawful or contrary to good faith and public order.
  • Not introduce, store or disseminate through the Website any defamatory, inaccurate, obscene or illegal information or material.
  • Not reproduce, copy, distribute or modify the content of the Website without the express authorisation of the owner.

4. Third-party services and integrations

The Agendio Platform integrates services provided by third parties to deliver part of its functionality, in particular:

  • The WhatsApp Business Cloud API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and integrated through YCloud Pte. Ltd. as Business Solution Provider (BSP).
  • The Google Calendar API and associated analytics services, provided by Google LLC.
  • Complementary infrastructure, analytics and support services (Cloudflare, Microsoft Clarity, Formspree).

Use of these integrations is additionally subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers. Agendio acts as integrator and, where applicable, as data processor, on the terms described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, graphic design, source code, software) is the property of CEDESA DIGITAL SL or of third parties who have authorised its use. All intellectual and industrial property rights are reserved.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of this content without the prior written authorisation of the owner is expressly prohibited. WhatsApp, Meta and Google are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned solely to describe the Platform's integrations.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

CEDESA DIGITAL SL does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website or that it will be free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all liability is excluded for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Unavailability or inaccessibility of the Website.
  • Third-party content that may be accessed through links.
  • The introduction of computer viruses or similar programs by third parties.
  • Interruptions, restrictions or changes to the integrated third-party services (Meta/WhatsApp, YCloud, Google and others).

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Relations between CEDESA DIGITAL SL and users shall be governed by current Spanish law, in particular:

  • Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSICE).
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
  • Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumers and Users.

For any dispute arising from the use of the Website, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the owner's registered office, unless the law requires a different forum (for example, in consumer relationships).
